Digital access. Nails & Numbers sells access to digital tools. Because access is made available electronically, paid digital-access charges are generally final and non-refundable once access is provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Nails & Numbers elects to correct a duplicate or erroneous charge.
Pro trial and monthly subscription. The monthly Pro plan begins with a 3-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge. After conversion, the subscription renews monthly on its billing-cycle anniversary until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. A cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund or prorated credit for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law.
Annual Pro subscription. The annual plan begins with a 3-day trial and renews annually after conversion unless canceled. Renewal notices and cancellation disclosures will be provided when required by applicable law. A cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund an annual term that has already begun, except where required by law.
90-Day House Build Access. The $49.99 Detailed House Build Calculator purchase is a one-time purchase for 90 days of digital access and does not automatically renew. Once access is granted, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by law or for a duplicate or erroneous charge.
How to cancel. Use the billing/customer portal when available, or email nailsnnumbers@gmail.com. Cancellation requests should be made before the applicable renewal deadline. If a charge has already processed, cancellation applies to future renewals unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Payment disputes. If you believe a charge is a duplicate, unauthorized, or made in error, contact nailsnnumbers@gmail.com so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
